Frost and Arcane Mage TellMeWhen import Strings 6.0

string updated for 6.0

Here is the Arcane Mage, on the left you'll find the Presence of Mind cd, at the center your Arcane Charges which will light up at 4 stacks, and Supernova and Arcane Barrage (if there are no Arcane Missiles! charges) on the right. If you target a Raid boss your DPS cooldowns will show left of the Center Icon. Regardless of Enemy level defensive cooldowns will also appear there. So you can keep Ice Barrier up and use Cold Snap when you need HP, and Evocation when you need mana.
At the bottom row, same as Frost Mage you'll find Icy Floes and DPS buffs on the left, and Arcane Missiles! charges (which will light up at 3) and Defensive and Utility Buffs on the right.
Not all talents are included but it's easy to add them if you know basic TMW.

This is the TMW config screen for Arcane, so you can see a little more of what I described.

Here is my tiny Gnome Frost Mage, you can see Ice Lance charges left, Frostfire Bolt center. The center Frostfire Bolt icon is a meta-icon that also shows Frozen Orb. If you target a Raid boss your DPS cooldowns will show left of the Center Icon. Regardless of Enemy level defensive cooldowns will also appear there. So you can keep Ice Barrier up and use Cold Snap when you need HP.
On the bottom row you'll find Icy Floes and DPS buffs on the left, and Pet Freeze (only on non-bosses) and Defensive and utility buffs on the right.
Not all talents are included but it's easy to add them if you know basic TMW.

Both specs also have a Spellsteal Icon above the right-sided pvp icons
I'll do Fire if I get bored with Frost or Arcane at some point.

Update: the Spellsteal icon finally prioritizes low duration and should work ;p oops!
